It represents the operating side of the DUN network — serving customers, creating work, and building an independent business within the larger company structure.

How It Fits Together
Ownership and capital sit at the parent. Each subsidiary has a defined purpose. The parent company provides the direction and structure; the subsidiaries operate their respective businesses. This allows DUN to grow one business at a time without confusing the purpose of one company with another.
Build what is real. Strengthen what exists. Add what makes sense.
We are open to building additional businesses and entering new areas when the opportunity is right. Potential future areas may include real estate and other business lines. But we do not believe in creating companies simply to fill an organizational chart.
